With over 90% of our business going to export markets we are growing fast in key market segments including Automotive, Medical, Security Print, Electronics, Textile Transfer and special purpose applications. We are renowned as the high performance solution for the most demanding customers and applications.
Our business will grow by over 80% this year alone and so, in order to answer this demand, we are seeking to strengthen our Technical Services Team to support installations and service demand around the world.

Ideally we are seeking a person with the following profile:
1Strong inter-personal and communication skills. You are a key point of contact for our customers so a fundamental aspect of this role is to engender confidence and espouse our company's values.
2Potential and ambition to join our Senior Management Team in due course.
3Minimum of 5 years experience servicing and supporting electro-mechanical Capital Equipment on an international basis. Knowledge of industrial printing would be a distinct advantage.
4Must be curious and ambitious to develop skills and capability in the short to medium term and want to contribute/influence our long term plan.
5Good understanding of machinery control with PLC experience, ideally with strong Siemens and/or Mitsubishi capabilities.
6Willingness to travel globally, occasionally at short notice and across weekends. This can be daunting for some and thrilling for other so ideally you will be interested in travel.
7Strong organisational and planning skills with potential to lead and inspire with a desire to succeed through teamwork.
