Natgraphs team has been on a mini-tour in the United States over recent days, avoiding hurricanes and spreading the word on the very latest advances in high-tech print drying.
We participated at the National Graphics and Product Identification Association (GPI) Fall Meeting in Nashville, where a presentation on the future of printed electronics was very well received.
This was a great opportunity to draw attention to Natgraphs unique capabilities for the most demanding applications in screen printing. Happily this led to a number of very specific discussions on new projects and how our company can support innovation within this organisation.
The tour then moved on to the annual SGIA Expo event in New Orleans. With Hurricane Nate threatening New Orleans the weekend before the event the prospects of it all going ahead were not good. Happily the city was spared any disruption and the SGIA Expo was able to get underway as planned.
Once again Natgraph is exhibiting with long-time partner Sakurai USA. Day one was well attended and a great opportunity to catch-up with customers new and old. A number of exciting projects have emerged in printed electronics and biosensor applications which should lead to good business and more happy customers.
As is normal, the show is a mix of digital and analogue printing and for the first time Natgraph has a foot in both camps. As well as equipment being exhibited at the Natgraph/Sakurai booth, a high performance Compact UV and Stacker from Natgraph can be seen on the Fuji Film stand as part of the new Fuji Film Onset M single pass digital press.
