Natgraph once again supported Sakurai Graphic Systems at its annual New Technology Factory Open House in Japan.  The event featured two Natgraph UV Dryers in operation with the latest print technology on show. This included an in-line and an offline high speed camera print inspection system, along with new presses.

Sakurai’s President, Mr Ryuta Sakurai, invited Alan Shaw, Natgraph’s Commercial Director to accompany Douglas Gray, Natgraph’s Sales Director to the event which was extremely well attended by visitors from around the world.  The event was held over four days and included more than 300 visitors making it the go-to event in Asia for the latest developments in screen printing technology.

“To be able to participate as a close partner of Sakurai at their inhouse event underlines the vision and ambition shared by both companies,” stated Douglas Gray.  “Meeting so many prospective customers and distributors from Asia, Europe and North America means this is a pretty remarkable event with high value for us. We are delighted to have secured several orders and, as importantly, we were able to introduce our unique, high performance products to a range of new prospects. We have a clear objective to grow our presence in Asia and this event, held every year, is a valuable part of the strategy that will deliver this ambition.”

Alan Shaw was proud to be invited: “The partnership between our two companies continues to deepen and grow with massive benefits to both companies and, most importantly, our end-user customers. I was honoured to receive a personal invitation from Mr Sakurai and am grateful for his very warm hospitality. We were also able to top-up the sales pipeline, secure some very nice orders from across the world and strengthen the partnership  so it has been a very worthwhile trip.”
